Coalville Town Beat Team Patch Walk – Bakewell Court & Marlborough Square

Dear Members, 

Today, the Coalville Town Beat Team joined forces with the ASB Officer from North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC) for a patch walk around Bakewell Court, following recent reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB).

Patch walks are a great way for partners to collaborate, share information, and find practical solutions to local issues.

📍 Coming Up: Marlborough Square Patch Walk

We’re also planning a patch walk in Marlborough Square, Coalville, in response to a rise in ASB reports involving young people causing disruption to local retailers. Patrols in the area are being increased, and we’re working closely with NWLDC CCTV to monitor and address concerns.

If your child visits Coalville in the evenings—especially around Marlborough Square—please take a moment to talk with them about respectful and acceptable behaviour in public spaces. A little reminder can go a long way.
